The Course of True Love Never Runs Smooth~Part 38   Chapter Thirty-Eight:   Rachel and Matthew left the house leaving Bo and Nora alone in the living room. He walked over to her and pulled her against him….   “I love you, Mrs. Buchanan.”   “Hmmm…Mrs. Buchanan, I like that, so much better than just plain old Ms. Buchanan.”   “Are you ready to go to our party?”   “In a little while, I want to spend some time alone with my husband before the festivities begin again.”   “What did you have in mind, because we’re expected at Pa and Renee’s in (looks at his watch) well now.”   “Bo, you know very well that they’ll expect us to be late. We’re Bo and Nora Buchanan, and we’re late for EVERYTHING.”   “Good point (holds out his hand to her) dance with me.”   “I thought you’d never ask.”   Bo turned the radio on and the “Voice of the Night” filled the air…   “You know what they say about April showers. They come out of nowhere and bring new life to our world…so Llanview hold on tight to the one you love and together you can wait out any storm….”   Bo looked at her standing across the room from him and he couldn’t help but think about what he just heard. It was almost like the voice of the night was speaking directly to them. Their love had weathered the most difficult of storms, and he knows they’ll be able to weather any other storms life may bring….   Nora stood across the room and watched him as he walked towards her. It almost seemed like the voice of the night was talking about them. They had weathered the worst storms two lovers could endure…Infidelity, near death, the lies and manipulations of others, and revenge…but here they stood; married and more in love than she ever thought possible…yeah as long as they held onto each other they’ll be able to weather any other storms life may bring….   He held out his hand as he approached her. She walked the few feet towards him and placed her hand in his. Their eyes locked and he could see all the love he had for her mirrored back in her sparkling eyes…He knew he had given her back that spark…just as she had given him back all of his hopes and dreams…   “I’ve never known a love like this before her….I’ll love you forever, Nora Buchanan…”   “Can you feel it…Can you feel the electricity? Can you feel the intensity only a storm like this brings?
