The Dance Part 3
For the next couple of months Bo,
Matthew, and Rachel went back to see Nora. They spent all day
with her,
everyday. Bo stayed by Nora’s side. She was slowly getting
her voice back, and learning how to walk again.
Nora: “Bo, thank you so much for staying with me. You don’t know how much it means to have you here with me.
Bo: “It’s no problem Red, I’m never going to be away from you again, unless you decide that you don’t want me to be here.”
Nora: “Bo, I want you here, I want us to be a family. I want us to be together, you, me, and Matthew. Do you want the same thing Bo?
Bo: “More that you can ever imagine, I want us to be together forever.”
Nora: “You don’t know how much I wanted to hear that Bo. I love you so much”
Bo: “I love you too Red!” (He kisses her)
Viki: “I’m sorry, I didn’t mean to interrupt.”
Nora: “Oh, Viki, its ok, come in.”
Viki: “I don’t know if you have heard or not, but Ben and I are going to get married, and I was wondering if you were going to be out of here in time to come?”
Nora: “Oh, Viki, I would love to come to your wedding. When is it?”
Viki: “It is in 2 weeks, on August 11.”
Nora: “I’m gonna try my best to be there.”
Viki: “Good, I’m glad, I have an appointment, so I’ll see you too later. Goodbye”
Bo and Nora: “Goodbye Viki”
Bo: “Hey, Red, did I tell you About Max?”
Nora: “No, what did your brother do now?”
Bo: “He’s been lying to everyone, first off, he lied about the brain damage, then I just found out the he’s not really my brother. Ben is”
Nora: “What? Ben? Ben is Asa and Renee’s son? (She laughed) I’m sure Asa just loved that one.”
Bo: “He wasn’t to happy, that’s for sure.”
Nora: “I can just imagine Asa, now, ‘What do you mean that Rappa-davidson butcher is my son.’ I would have loved to seen that.”
(Just then Asa and Renee walked into Nora’s room)
Asa: “Hey sweetheart, come give me a hug. I just know that you and Bo are going to get back together, so can I welcome you back into the family now?”
Renee: “Nora, how are you dear?”
Nora: “Asa, Renee! Bo and I were just talking about you. How are you? Renee, I’m so glad that you found out who your son is.”
Renee: “Thank you darling, I would have never expected my son to be Ben, but I’m so glad to finally know who he is.”
Nora: “Yeah, I know. I just heard that he’s going to marry Viki in a couple of weeks, Asa at least you’ll be getting one daughter-in-law back”
Asa: “What about you? You don’t want to be a part of my family? Were you corrupted by that Rappaport against me?”
Bo: “Pa! Don’t talk to her like that!”
Nora: “Bo, it’s ok. Asa I would love to be back in your family one day, but you don’t have to talk to me about that, it’s him you have to convince.”
Bo: “Red, we’ll talk about that later, I promise, I just want to get you out of here as soon as I can.”
Nora: “Ok, you promise?” (She kissed him)
Bo: “Promise Red.”
Asa: Ok stop all of that mushy garbage, if wanted to see that I’d rent Steal Magnolias”
Bo, Nora, Asa and Renee just laughed.
Bo: Sorry Red, it’s time to go, but I’ll be back her first thing in the morning ok? I love you.” (He kisses her)
Nora: “Bye Bo I love you too. Tell Matthew that I love him.”
Bo: “You know I do every night.”
The next couple of weeks Nora was getting better, she was able walk for on long period of time with out help. Colin said that she was doing so well, that she was going to be able to go home within the next few days. Just in time for Ben and Viki’s wedding.
Day of wedding…
Bo came up to Cherryvale to go get Nora, she was going home today. Rachel and Matthew were with him.
Bo: “Ready Red?”
Nora: “Yep, let us get out of
here before I start missing it.” (She laughed) She was walking,
and wanted to carry
Matthew. She gladly said goodbye to her doctors, the McIvers.
Melanie and Colin told her that they would see her at the wedding,
because Ben and Viki had invited them to come.
Bo, Nora, Matthew, and Rachel left. They pulled up into the driveway, and Nora couldn’t believe where she was, it was the house that she shared with Bo.
Nora: “Bo, what are we doing here?”
Bo: “I thought that you wanted to come home?”
Nora: “But, I thought that you had sold it, that’s what you told me you were going to do.”
Bo: “I decided to hang on to it, for all of the memories we had here. I moved back in here, after I found out that you were alive. Rachel and Matthew were staying her too. I hope that’s ok”
Nora: “Bo, It’s perfect! Can we go inside or are we going to stand out here all day?”
Rachel helped Nora out of the car, while Bo got a sleeping Matthew out.
Rachel, Nora, and Bo got ready to go to the wedding.
Bo was in a tux, Matthew was in a baby suit, and Rachel and Nora were wearing awesome dresses.
Kevin rang the doorbell, Rachel says, “I’ll get it. Kevin, come on in, I’m almost ready. Mom, I’ll see you at the church ok? I’m going with Kevin to the wedding.”
Kevin: “Nora, you look beautiful.” (Gives her a kiss on the cheek.) Bo I’ll see you there right? Bye.”
Rachel and Kevin leave.
Nora: “Bo, what’s going on with Rachel and Kevin, are
they dating again?”
Bo: “They are trying to, work things out.”
Nora: “That’s good.”
Everyone in town was in St. James’ Church waiting for the wedding to begin. Everyone was also very happy to see Nora walking around. Bo, Nora and Matthew looked so cute together, everyone was talking about how great it was to see them together, all three of them.
The wedding was beautiful, and after the wedding, everyone went to the Palace for the Reception.
Bo and Nora were talking, to everyone; everyone wanted to talk to Nora. Then the music started playing.
Bo: “Nora? Will you dance with me?”
Nora: “Bo, I would love to!”
As Bo lead Nora on to the dance floor, every eye in the restaurant was on them
The song that started playing was “The Dance” by Garth Brooks.

Melanie: “Look at her Colin, did you think that you’d ever see the the day when she would be up dancing with the man of her dreams?”
Colin: “No, I would have never imagined it, but she was determine to live, and to walk again, and to dance.
Everyone just stared at the couple, when the song was over, Bo gently kissed Nora, as they were applauded.
