"The Room"   "You are so beautiful tonight, I want to make love to you" she could feel his breathing on her face as he was talking, she could say nothing as his hands trailed the length of her body. She wasn’t sure she was ready to take this big step with him at that time but her mind kept telling her that it was her chance to move on with her life. ********************* It has been a month since Nora slept with Troy but for her it seemed like forever. She kept telling herself that it was the right thing to do.. and now she can finally move on with her life.. but she knew it was a lie. She felt like she couldn’t breath anymore.. she felt like someone kept strangling her by her throat.. but she knew it wasn’t just someone.. it was her memories and regrets that were strangling her. As she kept thinking about that night she tried to figure out what happened to her life. It has been a long time since her life was normal.. she tried to think when was the last time her life has been on the track.. she thought that Troy would give her a chance for new life, but she was wrong, she couldn’t be with a guy whose face looks like his twisted twin. When she thought about Sam, she knew it was a mistake from the beginning, their relationship was built because of Matt and was based on him, she knew Matt wasn’t a mistake but the reasons and the way he was made were a mistake.. Matt should have made because his parents loved each other, and it was true in some way, because she did loved Bo, but he wasn’t his daddy.. and that was the only mistake she made... and she paid for this mistake with her heart and soul.. and then it hit her. She realized that the last time her life was normal was before the night she slept with Sam. She smiled when she remembered that her life with Bo had never been normal, but she liked the way her life had been un normal with him.   It was noon when Nora heard someone knocking on her door "I'm coming!" she yelled. When she opened the door she saw her two good friends "Vicki, Renee, what are you doing here?" she asked surprisingly. "We decided that we have to help you, Nora" Vicki answered warmly.   "To help me? What are you talking about?"   "Nora, you have not been yourself for so long. You are not longer the same Nora, and we miss the old Nora who was so live full, the funny person who laughed so much" Renee explained.   Nora was surprised to hear her friend talking about her like that... she knew Renee was right.. she felt the change in her too.. but she couldn’t let her friends to see it too, although she knew it was already late "I.. I don’t know what to say.."   "But we do, Nora. Let us help you, help you to bring our Nora back.. we can do it.. we know we can" Vicki tried to convince Nora.   They left no choice for Nora, "Well, what do you have in mind?"   Both Vicki and Renee said in harmony "A vacation!"   "Vacation?"   "Yep"   "What can be more better than a long vacation with your two best friends in such a beautiful place?" said her other friend.   Nora realized that her friends were right, what she really needed was a long vacation in a new place where she knows nobody except of her friends. Maybe some time by herself would help her, she thought. "Well.. I guess you’re smart enough to know what good for me! So where are we going?"   Renee and Vicki smiled and said excitingly "Hawaii!!!"   "Hawaii??" Nora asked trying to hide the memories that flooded her mind as she heard the name of the place where she last started new period in her life, an amazing period.   "Is there something wrong, Nora?" Vicki asked as she watched her smile fades away.   Nora swallowed and said "No, absolutely not." and tried to change the subject "When will we leave?"   The next morning they were on the plane. When hey arrived to their hotel Nora stopped.   "Are you alright, Nora?"   Nora tried to hide the feelings that flooded her heart as she saw that they arrived to the same hotel where she and Bo celebrated their magical honeymoon, it was hard to hide these feelings and all she could manage to say was "Yes, I’m alright".   After they settled down in their room they decided to take a nap after the fight. When Nora laid on her bed all she could think of was the last time she spent in this hotel, or in one of this hotel rooms, she smiled as she remembered that she and Bo hardly left their room. When she realized that she thought about the past too much she said to herself "C’mon Nora, tonight is going to be a new start in your life".   When the evening came the three women were getting ready for dinner. Nora decided to wear a mauve dress, which exploded her legs. The neckline was low but left a place for the imagination. After dinner they went to the beach where they had a party.   "Nora don’t look now, but some handsome man is approaching here" Vicki smiled.   Nora nervously asked "to us?"   With a big smile Renee said "To you.. I think".   "Oh my God" was all she could say before the man was near enough to her.   "Excuse me, ma`am, I’ve been watching you the all night long and I had to ask you to dance with me"   "Well.. I’d love to but.." she tried to find an excuse "I can’t leave my friends alone".   "That’s okay, Nora, you go and dance, we’ll be okay" Renee smiled as Nora gave her I’m-going-to-kill-you-later smile.   Nora and the man approached to the dancing floor and before start dancing he asked "So your name is Nora, right?" she nodded. "Nice to meet you Nora, I’m Eric".   Nora and Eric danced a few dances before they took a walk along the beach.   "Why are you so quiet, Nora? Am I that boring?"   "No, not at all. I really had a good time with you Eric. You are a great dancer. I knew only one man that danced so good as you" she smiled to the thought of Bo and her dancing, it seemed like other lifetime since the two of them danced. But as much as Eric was a good dancer, he was far away from being Bo.. very far.   "Well, I’m flattered` he smiled. "but I’m still waiting for your answer".   "My answer?"   "Yes, I asked you why are you so quiet? And if you had good time with me, why are you looking sad?"   "Oh, I’m sorry Eric, it has nothing to do with you, it’s just this place brings up so many good memories to me".   "If they are good memories, why are you looking sad and not happy?` he asked confusingly.   `Because now it only memories to me, and it makes me sad because I’ll never be able to live them again".   "You loved him a lot, didn’t you?"   "Huh?"   "The guy you shared this memories with, you loved him, didn’t you?"   "How did you know?` Nora asked surprisingly.   "And you still love him.. it obvious Nora, your pain, is the kind of broken heart pain, so he broke your heart?"   "We both broke each other hearts, I had a big part of it".   "So what was so special in this place?"   Nora smiled once again when she recall her time here with Bo "We spent here our honeymoon".   "Your honeymoon? So you were married, huh?"   "Yep, we had a wonderful marriage".   "Can I ask why you divorced? It obvious that it wasn’t because you stopped loving him, so what did happen?"   "It’s a long story, but lets say that because I loved him so much I made a huge mistake and he couldn’t forgive me for it." Nora answered sadly as she recall the night Bo found out the truth about Matthew and he left her.   "I’m really sorry".   "Yea, me too`. She stopped and then said "but why are we talking about my ex? The all idea of this vacation was to start new period in my life, and Bo belongs to the past".   "But do you really want to start new life when your heart still belongs to the past?"   Nora knew that he was right, her heart was belonged to the past, but she couldn’t let herself to be brokenhearted again "I can’t always follow my heart, it let me down each time I did that".   It was almost midnight when Nora felt the tiredness floods her body. They decided to call it for the night, and Eric walked her to the hotel. When Nora arrived to the hotel she passed the same room she and Bo shared on their honeymoon. She slowly neared the door and leaned on it as she had a flashback..   "Do you realize it’s the first time we’re going to do it as husband and wife" a smile appeared on her face as she recalled how Bo tried to convince her to make love to him "You show me yours and I’ll show you mine" now the tears took place over her eyes, she was crying as the door opened and she slipped on the man who opened the door.   She was embarrassed and wiped her tears "Oh, I’m sorry sir, I didn’t mea.." she was shocked when she picked up her head to look at the man that stood in front of her "Bo?" she asked confusingly.   "Nora?" he was confused and surprised as much as she was "What are you doing here?".   "What I’m doing here? What are you doing here?"   Bo didn’t want her to know his real reason for being there, in this hotel, in this very room "I.. I.. wait a minute, why were you crying on my door?"   She didn’t want him either to know what she was doing there "I.. I.. didn’t know it was your door.. I guess I made a mistake.. I guess I drank too much tonight.. you know me.."   "But why were you crying, Nora? Are you okay?"   "Yes, I’m fine." she wiped her tears again. "Can I use your bathroom please? I don’t want Vicki and Renee to se me like that".   "Sure. So you came here with them?" Bo asked as he let Nora come in. As she was in the room she was amazed. Everything has been the same as it was years ago when she was there the last time. It stayed exactly like it looked like in their honeymoon.   "Hello? Earth to Nora?" Bo waved his hands, trying to get Nora’s attention back.   "Huh?" she said embarrassingly not hearing what he said to her "I’m sorry, Bo.. it’s just this room.." she stopped her sentence not wanting to tell Bo she still remember "What did you say?" she tried desperately to change the subject.   "Never mind".   Bo was sitting on the bed when Nora came out from the bathroom. She fixed her make up and she looked stunning. The mauve dress was fitting perfectly and emphasized her well-shaped body. Nora felt a little uncomfortable as Bo glared at her. It was weird enough to be with him in the same room they celebrated their honeymoon. "You didn’t answer me why you’re here, Bo."   "Does it really matter?" he tried to avoid answering her question.   "No, but doesn’t it weird that we both here at the same time?"   "What are you saying? That I spy on you?" Bo asked with a little anger in his voice.   Nora realized how it mush be sounded so she apologized "I didn’t mean that, Bo."   "Good, because it has nothing to do with you being here too. I’ve been coming here every year since we.." suddenly he realized what he was about to say, and the last thing he wanted is that Nora would know why he was there too.   "Since we what, Bo?"   "Never mind, Nora. Forget that".   "No" she insisted "I want you to finish your sentence, why have you been coming here every year? And since when?" the lawyer inside her took place.   "What do you want, Nora? Why are you questioning me? I’m not on a trial now".   "I’m sorry, Bo, but it seemed too weird. How can you be in this room every year? I can’t believe you don’t remember this room.." she couldn’t believe that she actually said that, how could she ask him that?   "Of course I remember this room" he whispered hoping she didn’t hear him.   "I don’t understand, Bo, if you remember this room, how can you spend your time here? There are too many memories.."   "Don’t you see? I’ve been coming here every year since we got divorced" taking a big breath he continues "This is the place where the best time of my life began.. in this room we shared so many memories, our first memories as husband and wife. As much as I tried to move on with my life there was always something that dragged me here, I knew I couldn’t get you back with me here, so I tried to relive our memories".   The tears couldn’t seem to be stopped for Nora, they kept rolling down her face.. she couldn’t believe it was real, that she really heard what she has just heard "Please pinch me Bo".   "Why?"   "Do you really mean that, Bo? Do you really want to relive our memories?"   "There is nothing in this world that I want more than to create new memories with the only woman I have ever loved" he said warmly. "I want that too, Bo" Nora said as she neared to Bo.   He wiped her tears his thumbs and placed a tiny kisses on her cheeks "I love you, Red, I’ve never stopped loving you" he lowered his head towards hers. She closed her eyes as she felt his breathing on her face, their lips met and the fire inside their bodies was ignited in the minute their kiss became more and more passionately. When their lips separated Bo trails kisses on her nick as his hands started to unzipped her dress. He looked deeply into her eyes and whispered "You show me yours and I’ll show you mine" they both laughed as Nora pushed him on the bed and was on top of him "I love when you talk dirty" she said with a smile that ended in a passionately kiss.   "You are so beautiful tonight, I want to make love to you, Nora". This time Nora had no doubt in her heart or mind that it was the right thing to do "I want you to make love to me, Bo.. all night long".   The End!!
